推 KBOA:現在台G設備很多後段科大就進的去了~112去蠻可惜的04/23 06:40
→ KBOA:而且現在新廠要move in,屎的部門新人馬上要push上線04/23 06:42
→ KBOA:右邊雖然去大陸至少是當幹部~$$也不會比GG少04/23 06:44
我猜K兄百分之1000不是台積的人
台積的EE缺人～不過也是對學歷有一定的限制 通常逢甲以上私立或國立
再有一陣子晶圓代工不景氣時(那時面版大好)
有極少部分是國立科大中末段近來或者是工號七千多號那種年資十年以上的
當然～
台積EE在出去聯誼.聚餐時候也都是跟助工(PM)一起的
助工一般場合也都自稱台積設備工程師
助工的組成近8年來多南台.崑山.正修等私立科大組成
直到最近末段普大如義守.中華也不少進來
112的研究所進設備妳不是第一個 我相信也不是最後一個
如果妳還存有高學歷當設備的種種疑慮
妳還是別進TSMC
