每年吵這個其實還蠻無聊的
正本清源之道還是回歸簡薦委 --- 人事制度單一化
現職員工有考試資格的就依法轉任銓敘,
沒有考試資格的就比照約聘僱人員辦理(就像健保局改制時那樣)
--------幾年前的工會也有這個呼聲
這樣就不會吵了
高普考應該會多開很多缺出來,特別是技術類科
這幾間公司實在太大了, 每年至少爆增100個吧(某些類科)
