《殺生為護生,斬業非斬人》-佛劍分說
在幸福城市工作,最近經常不由自主想到這句話。“他”是
我單位的學長,別的課待不下去被丟到我們課的。剛到部就感
覺大家對他態度…有一種…神奇的氛圍,簡單來說就是他什麼事情頭做不好…到現在他年
資應該已經7年了吧,還在初級…聽說某次有提議要把他升等,但部經說“要為他的職涯

想,把他升上去他撐不了多久…”
“他”學歷很漂亮,四大研究所畢業;但是…工作能力...可以說是完全
沒有 = = 且他的個性完全不敢下任何的comment,遇到事情就是“拖”,拖到老闆、lead
er下指示要他照著做(出事算別人的),新人來大概兩個月就比他有sense了。下面列舉
一些他的事跡:
1. 一個project,實驗條件發錯,他就跟老闆說沒有效…後來leader自己重發實驗條件重
新抓貨過(因為他真的搞不懂哪裡做錯)
2. 他sponsor的機台交回data on下限,助工問他能不能放。他:
“risk應該還好…因為之前也應該有run過這麼低的…不過可能還是要問一下老闆和leade
r才能決定”,由於老闆和leader在開會所以機台一路從下午3點掛到下午5點多交接,然
後…被罵為什麼不放機台或不做任何action…他就重複上面那段話
3. 有次出了一個defect hili,請hili單位幫忙建一支scan較精細的程式來掃,來做確認
,但一批貨要掃4小時當時的學長就要他抱貨去掃。結果1小時就看他掃完了…學長問他,
他回答因為新的那支掃太久了,所以用原本default的去掃
誇張的來了……
4. 由於我們課假日值班要去另一廠,所以禮拜五的值班通常下午就會過去順便把值班手
機先拿去那邊。他老大哥有次禮拜五值班但沒過去,他下班完就打給夜班的助工,請他到
公司的“圍牆邊”,他騎車經過外面的時候再把值班手機丟過去給他……後來是助工說草
坪那邊都有紅外線堅持不要,他才自己拿過去
5. 有次我們課需要委外送測wafer,他是該產品sponsor,所以由他聯繫。結果當天的助
工接到廠商電話說人已經到了要求取件,打給他問,他請助工跟廠商說,東西放在大廳的
沙發上,請廠商自己去拿…(當下我和同事聽到真的是只想笑)
其實相關例子還很多,只是太專門性的可能打了大家也不太能想像嚴重性。不過基本上他
這個人就是“不敢承擔”、“態度不佳”、“無所謂”,因為他雖然7年了還是初級,打

績的時候最差的永遠不會是他,因為相比製程,設備較容易出錯,因為機台alarm設備會
是第一線處理,一個環節出錯就可能造成報廢…而這個職場裡就是“多做多錯、少做少錯
、不做不錯…”,我相信他也一定深諳這個道理,所以遇到任何事情都絕不下commemt,
反正拖到機台交回時間設備會解釋,就算最後真的comment放機台,也是老闆、leader叫
他放的,到時候只要說是上面要他做的就可以100%規避責任。我學長曾經跟我說過,每次
老闆、leader在念他為什麼會不懂,你不要以為他是真的笨,他其實很聰明得在閃事情。
因為每次被問被罵,他都可以有自己一套說詞在迴避你問的問題,我曾經把他逼到說:“
你今天只要回答你有沒有做?有或沒有,是非題應該不會答不出來吧”,最後他就是沈默
…完全不回答
沈默是精啊!真精明!!
想請問各位前輩遇到這種長官不處理的職場毒瘤,大家有什麼應對的方法?還是只能最終
把自己處理掉,離開這個每天看到他就賭爛的傷心地?
PS:這種時候真希望有不動城這種黑暗中的正義
