合庫 vs永豐 - 金融業討論

各位前輩們好，我是碩應屆畢業生，想請問新鮮人進入銀行的第一份工作要怎麼選呢？
我目前有錄取合庫GA和永豐mvp，
知道的是合庫培訓後，通常都會到分行，工作位子不確定，但通常是櫃員先，之後的發展好像也不一定。
永豐的話，前面會先培訓一段時間，感覺是蠻紮實的，後續可能就是到分派的處室，好處是在總行。
想請問若是考慮將會學習到的東西、未來的發展以及工作環境的話，請問哪個會比較推薦呢？
另外，還想請問版上有說公股銀行想轉到民營銀行似乎會比較困難，這是一定的嗎？
