員工未落實每週回公司辦公3天 Google:出勤率將影響績效考核
〔財經頻道/綜合報導〕過去因為新冠肺炎讓許多企業實施遠距上班,不過隨著疫情逐漸
趨緩,許多歐美企業紛紛召回員工回辦公室上班,而Google早已提出此混合工作模式,但
多數員工並未落實,因此宣布會將此出勤率納入考績。
外媒報導,Google去年4月就已實施混合工作政策,但許多員工並未達到這個標準,因此
人力資源總監Fiona Cicconi向員工發電郵,要求大部分員工每週至少回辦公室工作3天,
並強調回辦公室上班的重要性,是不可或缺的。
Cicconi的郵件中表示,與工作夥伴面對面合作相當重要,這將會影響工作效率,因此須
嚴厲的看管不遵守混合工作模式的員工,並將「每週回辦公室3天」作為績效考核的一部
分,對於此前已獲准遠距工作的員工,可以重新考慮自己的選擇,將全遠距辦公轉換為混
合工作模式。
