員工隱瞞身心障礙身分 - 人資

標題可能下得不好 請各位見諒
事情是這樣的
公司前陣子錄取一位員工也正式報到上工了
但勞健保局寄來的收費明細 發現此位員工具有身心障礙輕度的補助款
可是因為這位員工在面試及報到時都沒有提及也沒有給公司身心障礙的手冊
但我看不出他有任何的狀況 工作表現也不錯
想請問版上的人資專家
如果是遇到這樣的情形 該怎麼做會比較好?
