新的考績法
它裡面修正的是1甲2乙 可以升職等， 變成2甲才可以升職等
然後後功抵前過，優等抵銷丙等，2甲抵銷1丙。
累積三次丙淘汰。
我想問的是 如果第一年拿丙，後面兩年拿甲 (2甲抵銷1丙)
那麼這個2甲還可以升職等嗎? 還是抵銷掉就沒了?
有沒有可能做20年，還在委任一職等阿= =?
