因耗材而致短出英文怎麼說? - 國貿工作討論

翻譯：
We regret to inform you that the defective rate during the production is
much higher than expected. Please understand the factory may not be able
to supply you full stated amount of 100pcs. We sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience that might be caused.

不過我也不建議這樣直接跟客人說不良率高，因為這樣會增加客人對公司/工廠的不信任感，
有時候"善意的謊言"也是必要的，例如可以跟客人說因為供應商的原料短缺/模具壞掉/
或是生產線的例行維修...等等替自己找的台階下吧...
