要當個能獨當一面的國外業務
就是客人有什麼問題
無論是要殺價要幹麻
都要自己能夠跟客戶應對進退
而不是問主管該怎麼做
我目前公司也是都放手讓我自己去做
因此,有時候我真的都不知道怎麼回客人
請問是否有什麼課程或書籍可以增進與國外客人應對上的能力
或者口才反應能力呢?

面對面時..電話時..不知道該如何是好..
