在大陸報關? 快遞 和空運的不同 - 大陸工作

大家好
小妹有問題來請教報關高手
是這樣的
我的供應商會幫我們公司寄送原料到大陸
說法是
A 快遞比較快>> 但可能不需要報關, 後續可以自行去報關
B 空運比較慢>> 就一定要報關
問題在於
我又要很快收到貨物, 卻又一定要報關
這樣我才能將貨款匯款到供應商戶頭
已知: 在台灣A法可行
請問 在大陸A法不行嗎??? 因為我們大陸採購說, 這樣不行
還是有沒有其他方法可以解決~!!
