在學界H1可以做consultant/contractor的工作嗎? - 海外工作

想請問一下
如果是在學界的教職持有H1B visa
有時候業界會根據專業請你做consultant
時數不多 可能是以contractor的形式照小時數來reimburse
這樣的收入會被允許嗎?
