在電子業做約聘,滿三個月想轉正 - 工程師

各位大佬好,小弟在新竹某電子業做DQA約聘人員滿三個月
根據合約上,通過公司的評估後直接轉正
小弟我現在有幾個疑問:
1.看過很多在大公司的人,普遍不看好約聘人員是有機會轉正的,有什麼具體的事實可以證明
2.滿三個月之後,跟主管前去談轉正,是否該要留有後路再去談?
3.若真不幸,無法轉正且需要走人,以我的經歷我可以去從事科技業什麼樣的工作(本人非本科系,故對科技業連一半都不了解)

個月,再來是公司要有正職缺你才有機會轉正,應該是
要你表現良好,公司主管會直接來詢問,而很少是你去
要求轉正

測試當中是發展性最好的,資深以後,看特質可以走pm
或FAE,如果程式寫得不錯,甚至有機會轉rd

養癢,如果這職缺很重要會淪落到開約聘缺??用膝
蓋想就知道的問題,端出來問人家憑什麼不看好??

後轉職。
一年後,開了104找工作,拿到offer,談離職,此時
主管才表示,認為我工作態度好,同事都推薦,要將
我轉正。
但我還是離職去新的工作。
重要的不是能不能轉正,是你能不能在這中間學到東
西,就算不能轉正,也能靠這些經歷轉職。

闆一定想得比你精 不然為何要約聘 你也可以想想工
程師有在約聘的嗎…那種隨時可以找新人替換的位置
