看板上討論幾乎都說面板是夕陽產業,
感覺很多人都不推薦去面板
有很多認識的朋友從面板業跳去其他公司,
但是,也有少數人留下來
是甚麼原因吸引人留下來呢?
是因為固定薪資很高,還是做熟了,捨不得走
或是已有一定的位階,放不下
到底面板業可以待嗎?
堅持不走的人,想法如何
假如單就月薪多,又不至於太操的話
家人說還滿想去的
