請問有人知道外國人該怎麼申請來台灣工作的事宜嗎?

我有一個越南的朋友他打算明年來台灣工作，

他們通常是找本國的仲介，可是價錢非常昂貴，

想請問是否哪位大大有經驗可以分享與指導呢?

沒辦法的話，還是有推薦的仲介嗎?
