各位版大們好，目前拿到一外派越南的電子公司Offer, 為市場開發業務職缺，待遇如下
，想請教各位對此條件的看法? 謝謝:
1. 月薪NTD 70K, 保14個月
2. 每年績效獎金3～4個月
3. 外派津貼約NTD 45K/月
4. 一年六趟機票
目前30出頭，在此之前沒有外派經驗，在台灣工作快7年，在台收入整年薪資加獎金約120
萬，但升遷機會渺茫。
由於沒有外派經驗，想請問各位大大這樣的待遇是否合理？
