工程師版好像還沒有一個討論主軸?

各位請假好請嗎?
會這樣問是有些工作只能你做，沒有職代可以 cover，你一請假工作就會卡在你這裡
比較容易發生的可能是小公司? 或是接案公司之類的
或是案子很忙的時候，你根本抽不了身（然後一年四季都很忙XD）
另外一種是主管比較機歪，會管你休假的
我的公司是滿人性化、好請假的，畢竟有些人有小孩，有時需要臨時請假
也是非接案公司，因此工作內容都比較不緊急
