大立光含金量高的技術人員或工程師薪資並不差，可獨立作業的工程師年薪150萬~200萬
元不等，不輸台積電，甚至模具部門的中高層主管分紅可高達八位數，這數字甚至遠高於
一般上市公司的CEO。
在批踢踢論壇，股王大立光總是被拿來和「權王」台積電相比，但兩個產業截然不同。
首先，大立光的「股王」寶座是因為高EPS，推升它衝上6,000元的天價，但是，這是因為
大立光股本只有13.41億元，股王光環，讓所有財務數字及員工福利被放大檢視。
以去年為例，大立光稅後純益227.33億元，每股純益169.47元；台積電稅後純益3,342.47
億元，每股純益12.89元，台積電股本2,593億元，大立光僅是它兩百分之一不到的股本。
再者，以產業架構來看，一個是晶圓代工廠，一個做手機鏡頭，平均單價（ASP）不同，
產品組合不一樣，薪資占營收比重不一，以台積電而言，薪資占營收比重約5%，大立光的
薪資占營收比重達17%，在成本考量上，不盡相同。
