大陸的稅法是屬地主義！
假設小弟目前沒有工作....(無論在台灣、大陸、國外)
小弟持台胞證進出大陸，事由：觀光、依親
三個月進出一次，這樣有稅賦問題嗎??
會不會在出境時，被海關為難說
說小弟長期待在大陸的目的??
假設！爸爸用公司的帳戶，匯錢給我！
這樣會被查到嗎??(本人在台灣、大陸都沒有勞健保等)
