如何主導結束電話? - 服務業討論

我是剛在電信客服上線不久的菜鳥,
公司有電話量的壓力,一個月平均下來每天要接到近140通的電話,
新人一開始有折扣,但是現在我還是達不到公司要求的話量,
學姊說我的問題是會被客人牽著走,客人一個問題接一個問題問,
我的下場就是當月考核會被扣分,
想請教有沒有當電話客服的板友可以給一些禮貌結束電話的話術或建議?
麻煩大家了~
