我來到目前的學術單位工作已經一個學期了
HR曾經提醒我，起聘日起18個月必須開始辦綠卡，否則就不能了
因此覺得最近，也就是放寒假前應該和email我的上層討論這件事情的可能性
（包括系上作為我的sponser，幫我出錢的可能性）
我腦子裡想到的句子只有這樣
I'd like to discuss the possibility of applying for perminent residency
不知道會不會太簡陋了？
有這方面經驗的前輩，這個動作還有什麼需要注意的呢？
