如何知道IRS收到tax return - 海外工作

想請問如何得知IRS收到繳回的稅呢？我是用信用卡經由pay1040付款，前幾天發現信用卡
那筆款項已經從pending變成sale，它們網站上只有說tax account會收到通知，但我沒有
印象哪裡註冊過這個，不知道板上大家有沒有此類的經驗可以分享呢，謝謝！
