現在的HR判斷方式都是看前一家
也沒時麼好看的
主管覺得不錯 就是前一家+10%
不來就算了 有其他offer再來談
只是好奇
如果勞基法規定可以不說 或規定公司不能問 而大家也都不讓HR知道
這樣公司就必須自己判斷能力而給薪
會不會因此增加平均薪資呢?
這也是幫助勞工手段的一個方法
