老闆叫我跟國外說信用狀要到期了,而核准續約會有一個禮拜到十天的工作天
要我請他們在到期日前把invoice給我先開狀以免會拖延到付款跟出貨時間,順便問
另一張訂單是否可以提早出貨.下面是我先試著寫的內容

Dear K,
Regarding to the contract with our bank about issuing L/C,
the date of expire this year will be 8 June. To extend the contract,
they need about 7-10 work days and at the same time, we can't arrange
any L/C on 7 June to 17 June, or maybe longer.
Therefore, please kindly send the invoice for A-100 in the end
of May , also please let us know the current update on A-100(order name).
We need those products for the up coming pets show. So, if A-101 can be
ready and shipped at the same time with A-100, that would be great.
Also, from now on, would you please scan the health certificate before
you send it?
