1. Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents for trademark filin
g and contentious proceedings using the firm’s docketing database.
2. Assist with and perform trademark searches using Taiwan IPO’s database and
conduct the search report for review.
3. Maintain calendar with deadlines and important dates from clients.
4. Preparing, typing, editing, storing, retrieving, printing, processing, scan
ning and electronically filing all sort of documents and materials.
5. Delivery documents in person and regular visit to the post office.
6. Other admin matters that are assigned by the manager.

台北市南京東路四段1號8樓
【工作時間】
Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6:30. Lunch break: 12 pm to 1 pm.
【薪資範圍】
28,000+
