台積電(2330)南科14廠員工在網路抱怨工作環境等情事,引發網友廣泛討論,對此,台
積電晚間發表回應一一打臉爆料員工,包括台積電生產效能在全球晶圓廠首屈一指,不可
能該買的設備不買,進而影響到生產效能。
另耙材1個月僅需搬運90~100次,即使最重的耙材40~50公斤,1月頂多需搬50次、且有21
人在輪,平均1個月才搬1.6次,又有搬運車協助;至於投訴人月休只6天,卻不提另2天是
報加班,且台積電1年特休假多於其他公司。
台積電企業訊息處處長孫又文今對於員工抱怨表示,台積電雖然每年都會進行降低成本措
施,但不會該買而不買,省下買耙材的小錢而失去大錢,導致機器不能使用。
針對助工主要工作就是防禦性(PM)的維護及保養機器設備,機台不能不保養但又要兼顧
生產效能,因此台積電會以改善工程等周全考量,不可能該買的不買,有違常理。
另外,文章提到人員減少和耗材很重問題,孫又文說,耙材有1/4是12公斤、1/4是25公斤
、其他一半是40~50公斤,每次搬運是2人夥同作業,對於重的耙材,目前也有1台電動起

休假按年資給予假日更優於一般企業,而台南14廠在2~3月因為地震需要復原因素的確比
較辛苦,但第2季產能利用率大幅提高,助工目前每天工作平均僅有8.4小時,其中75%助
工是晚上7點下班,其餘25%是晚上7點到9點下班,晚上7點以後離開的算加班。
此外,關於同工不同酬的問題,助工主要工作就是PM,即使值班也就是按表操課,但正職
的工程師還要能提出分析、改善及發展,如果助工很優秀,例如今年有助工得到金塔獎,
該名助工未來在台積電一定會獲得公司給予好的發展,所以也不是說助工不能升等。

前公司尚未達到把30%助工拉去值班,但白天會有正職工程師遞補,值班會給加班費,且

有無實質貢獻,以及具有未來發展的潛力,這是所有台積電員工一體適用的,學歷不是考
