小弟近日獲得山多利的研發入取通知，

但在科技板上或者網路資訊，似乎對於此公司相關並不是很充足，

想在此請問各位大大，不論是聽過看過，或者在裡頭工作過前輩最好，

能否提供資訊及建議，對於薪資福利、工作環境、職場氛圍等等，

想在此求助瞭解研發單位風氣如何，
