這是關於一個十字路口的排水溝！！
（ｌｅｔ二道排水溝代號為Ｘ與Ｙ〔垂直相交水系有連在一起〕，Ｘ＝＞灌溉排水二用，
ｙ＝＞一般排水用）
問題是Ｘ排水溝在放水的情況之下，水流量遠超過Ｙ排水溝，造成Ｙ水溝水流回堵
交會點後面整片淹水
但是Ｘ排水溝堵水降低水流量的話，Ｙ向又可以正常排水
請知道如何解決或是有興趣的可以留ｍａｉｌ給我！！
我會寄大概的標示圖跟現場照片給各位！！
我明明是考土木的～～偏偏要我去搞水溝 完全不會＝ ＝
