預計發行總額(股):暫定為355,075,000股

5.員工之資格條件:
(5.4.1)以百分比計算，預估符合資格員工人數應少於200人，約佔本公司間接人工數3%.
全部限制型股票拿完
這200人能領破億元!!!
用員工人數為7237人計算
整間公司每人平均能領285萬元!!
