廉政報到有可能後延嗎？ - 公職

幫朋友代問，他是今年廉政增額，
本來以為會是明年和地特一起報到，
但昨天竟然接到單位通知說12／4（三）報到，
等於知道分發結果後5日內就報到。
而偏偏他目前公司要求他至少交接一個禮拜，於情理法上他都得答應才行。
想問板上大大，以下幾個作法何者較行得通，不會在未來任職單位黑掉？
1、跟主管要求延後三天報到，也就是12／9（一）才正式報到
（但據說廉政都是統一報到，不像其他類科可以選擇在十日內報到，若單獨提出延後是否對他未來前途會有所影響？而且也不確定主管是否願意為菜鳥提延後函）
2、先照要求12／4請半天假去機關報到，讓流程順利完成，不讓機關添麻煩，週四和週五再跟主管請假
（但爬文都說報到=正式上班，上班第二天就請兩天假，會不會比延後報到更惹人厭？）
朋友怕一跟主管提要求就會黑掉，但又不得不提，一直在想要用什麼方法才能兩全其美，請各位幫幫忙了，tks!
