朋友第一手的活動通知，希望可以分享給大家，這是一個難得的機會。

前言:這個活動是由日本的JSCE(像是台灣的土木與水利工程學會)主辦，選在櫻花盛開的
季節，活動為期4天在東京，之前聽日本朋友說這個活動會舉辦的很盛大，因為2020年為
日本的東京奧運，所以本次活動會結合穿插一些奧運特色，可能如奧運場館工程參訪之類
的，據朋友分享活動中也會日本的大企業出來擺攤位徵才與做企業介紹，所以說不定這會
是一個求職直接面試的好機會。

小弟是之前去尼泊爾交流時透過ACECC FLF(Future Leader Forum)認識這位日本的朋友Hi
ro桑，還有其他7,8個國家的外國朋友也有參加。這次活動大家都有被邀請。CECAR有很多
主題，這個lecture是針對青年工程師設計的，他很誠心希望透過這個活動大家可以來談
談"Study of Failure for Young Civil Engineers"，主題不像一般的研究論文會有答案
，不過大家可以透過自己人生實務的經驗來分享。

小弟個人分享，透過這種活動很棒的部分，可以結合觀光還有增廣見聞，增加自己的國際
人脈，這個活動是專門為青年工程師主辦，雖然這個活動還有1年的時間很多活動的議程
與消息還沒有出來，不過可以感覺得出來他們很用心再舉辦這次活動，大家可以結伴參加
唷! 也許可以相約去參加

I would like to ask the FLF members and your friends to submit the abstract an
d information.

enced and how you solved them.

About the concept and the history of CECAR8, please find "About CECAR" for the
following link to CECAR8 web page.(http://www.cecar8.jp/).

CECAR8 will be held at April 16-19, 2019 in Tokyo. There are many kinds of ses
sions dealing with technical/academic issues and/or special topics.

We JSCE Young CEs committee have a session to discuss and share our experience
s of failure. Although there are many differences in culture, technology, and
rules among countries, it must be constructive to share the experiences of how
they solved the problems.
In addition, we think it is good chance to expand FLF activities.
We are now planning a technical tour (sightseeing) only for FLF members.
