廣州天河租屋，一定要找房仲嗎？ - 大陸工作

老公目前隻身在天河，要在九月中找到房子，
他們公司補助房租上限是人民幣6000，
老公最近這幾個周末，都會跟公司認識的房仲去看房子，
都看4500~5500的，有幾間老公很喜歡，房仲也都大力推薦要老公趕快簽約，
還說甚麼這樣剛好在6000內，
幸好他有個同事很好心，跟他說其實房仲都故意不說房租還要稅金，
房仲真的很機車耶，這樣加10%不就超過6000了，真的很Ｘ耶！
我就上淘寶上看，有很多4500的就很漂亮，看起來很喜歡，
跟老公說了他還叫我不要插手，說就給公司認識的房仲處理就好，
可是我很怕他被騙耶！
請各位給我們建議吧，謝謝！！
