請問各位前輩：
如果建物某一樓要整建為辦公室
之後要辦理使用執照變更（包含結構鑑定及相關簽證）
這樣的費用是怎麼計算的啊？依坪數？
難道只能請建築師估價嗎？也找不太到相關資料
第一次接觸到這類問題，懇請大家賜教，謝謝。
