如果招募成效不佳 那到底是誰的責任?
招募專員?---> 因為你都找不到人(指~)
職缺履歷件數的不足 也是HR的責任? (是嗎?..@@ )
這是我接招募之後 最常思考的兩個問題
當有些職缺有既定的進入門檻 再加上薪資及一些外在條件的限制
於是這些職缺就成了萬年職缺
最常做的就是不斷更新104上的職務有效日期
而招募人員本身的績效 若是以招募達成率來衡量
也是我認為不甚公平的作法
因為應徵者最後能不能順利的到位 這中間充滿著太多不能掌握的變數
有時候順利約面試了 臨前來通電話說取消(這算有良心的 ...有的直接放鳥)
有時候都跟對方敲好報到時間了 也是前一兩天說放棄報到
有時候卻是組織問題
當一切要重頭開始時 缺員天數又是double增加 招募達成率百分百的負成長
真是啞巴吃黃蓮 有口難言
說真的 這陣子真的讓我感到心灰意冷 甚至自覺能力不足
如果招募困境是因為組織條件及吸引力的問題
那麼請問有解嗎?
