想聽聽各位道長的想法：
律師受客戶委任辦理民事訴訟事件，過程中發現對造聲請傳喚的證人有犯偽證罪嫌，並且已
請問各位道長如果是這位律師，會怎麼做？
若律師未經客戶同意，就自行向地檢署告發該證人犯偽證罪，有沒有任何不當？
是否會因為該證人是公眾人物／政治人物或一般人，而有不同的考量？
