當初因為這個制度而發生很多情況:
1. 整個部門的人都很優秀 結果有一定比例的人被逼走
2. 整個部門的人都很爛 結果才走幾個
3. 惡性競爭 要表現得好太困難了 還不如想辦法搞爛別人
4. code review不斷找人麻煩 想辦法不要讓別人check in
5. 三、四個部門都作同樣的東西 誰也不想要用誰的
6. 狂拍馬屁求生存
好玩的是 聽說微軟要放棄這個制度的當天 yahoo確準備要用這個制度
不過本來就沒有一個制度是完美的 到時候一定都會有它的問題
