大家好！想請問住在上海的朋友們：
先生是大陸北京人
因為工作關係 來到上海工作（金融業）
近來正急著尋覓租房事宜
目前他已在上海但尚未落腳
先前已做了功課
版上多推薦台灣人多的長寧區 古北區 或徐匯區
想請問如果打算租兩房一廳衛浴（小區內而非公房）
最高預算只有...5000元（不包括水電網路小耳朵）
能租到嗎？（擔心被仲介坑）
有沒有推薦的小區呢？
主要考量：
與大多數人一樣 安全第一
生活機能方便 有好的菜市場 或有類似北京華堂商場的日式超市
至於娛樂則是其次
