想請問一下資工人有辦法勝認MIS職缺嗎!? - 工程師

各位前輩好

小弟算半個資工人 拼拼湊湊資工所畢業
軟體開發工程師工作兩年左右

接下來 有個職缺是一間小公司的IT Systems Administrator
就我自己的認知 大概是公司的MIS工作內容

想請問一下 如果是沒有相關資管經驗的人 會很辛苦嗎!?
如果想要開始survey這方面的相關能力的話
應該從那些方面開始下手
像是他們工作內容提到的 Windows Server 2003/2008 R2, Active Directory,
Exchange 2010 等等的東西
光看是很簡單的東西 可是不知道真正內容會是什麼樣子的工作

還請大家給我一點建議 感謝 :)


職位工作內容大概如下
‧ Develop, implement & review company IT strategy
‧ Installation, upgrading, administration, configuration and maintenance of
Windows Server 2003/2008 R2, including Active Directory.
‧ Installation, administration, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft
Exchange 2010.
‧ Network
‧ Configuration & maintenance of Wide Area Network, Firewall, Routers.
‧ Hardware & software evaluation, purchasing, configuration, troubleshooting
and maintenance.
‧ Backup, security configuration & maintenance of servers.
‧ Liaison with all external contractors, suppliers and vendors for the
effective procurement of products and services.
‧ Application development for company databases with different technologies.
‧ System documentation.
‧ Monitoring of and evaluating new technology/products.
‧ Internal training of staff in Microsoft office and other technologies.
