本人目前還是學生，最近正在做一個國貿個案

有個地方不了解想請教大家

~前略。In case, at the late stage when the normal correspondence
asking for an extension of shipping expiry on L/C may not be in
time for the remedy, what special way can be adopted to shorten
the time for fulling the arrangment of shipment as well as
"non-discrepant negotiation" with banks?
