小妹剛進一家做禮贈品的工廠才二個個月
現在遇到一個英國的老客戶,
對方算是個很客氣、有信用、且每次下的單量都還不錯的一個客戶,
並且對方也跟前任業務合作一年多了,雙方都合作的蠻愉快的!
好景不常,對方似乎把業務的部分交由他兒子來做了。
他兒子沒有老爸的和藹可親,每次來信總是非常的不客氣...
最近對方的兒子來跟我詢價,想開發一個新的產品,
因為新的比之前他們order的產品貴2.5倍,
他兒子毫不客氣的寫信來質疑我為什麼給他那麼高的價格,
並且要我懂得薄利多銷,否則什麼都得不到= ="...
後來我們老闆有降了一點價格給他,我也很有誠意的解釋貴的原因,
他兒子來信說要求先打樣,
問題來了,
我司的產品基本上打樣等於做大貨,因為印刷的關係一次都是一整批一起印的,
如果客人要求打樣我們都會收版費跟製作費,(收起來蠻貴的)
因此我們的做法都是說服客人下訂單做大貨,做好後會先寄幾個樣品給他驗貨。
我當然跟他兒子說明打樣需要的費用,
結果!!!!想當然他兒子一定會抱怨!
不過我沒想到他一開頭就說"你是不想跟我做生意了嗎!!"
總之整篇email一直痛批我怎麼可以這樣對待他,
他說前任業務根本沒有跟他收樣品費過,
還說"Can you please stop treating us like we have never done any business
with you before."
......
接下來換我老闆不爽了,前任業務沒跟他收是業務的過失,不過基於是我司的不對,
所以那比樣品費就算了,不過這次是一定要收的!!
好,寫到這裡,我想請問各位前輩們,我要怎麼處理,才能在老闆跟客戶之間取的一個
平衡?我真的很不想失去這個客戶,因為他定期下的單對我們公司貢獻不算小,
但是老闆很不爽他總是在email裡恐嚇一下,我們就會妥協= =...
天啊!可能是我臉皮還不夠厚,我只要回去看他那封email就很想哭....
