各位板友好
小妹今年準備去愛爾蘭打工度假 最近把LinkedIn所在地改成都柏林
今天收到一個為期六個月的contractor的詢問
但信裡面有一句不甚明白:
If so what daily rate are you after and what is you work availability?

大致上就是沒上班的日子不給薪、稅率比較低
我孤陋寡聞，對contractor的認知就是沒有正職的福利，第一次聽到用日薪計算的
覺得好衝擊XD
想請問有沒有比較了解愛爾蘭工作文化的前輩可以分享一下
1.有請假的權利嗎 (因為沒有annual leave)
2.Contractor工作有什麼其他要注意的地方
