應用材料約聘 ＆ 瀚宇彩晶正職 - 工程師

大家好
小妹目前陷入兩難抉擇，想請教版友們的意見
1.台灣應用材料/軟體工程師（統翔人力一年一聘）
休假制度：週休二日
地點：南科，但駐廠在別間公司
2.瀚宇彩晶/製造程式資訊工程師（正職）
休假制度：週休二日，每月兩天（六或日）需值班（白天班），有算加班費
地點：南科
因為一份是約聘一份是正職
所以不知道該如何選擇
網路爬文，應材的正職大多由約聘轉正
不知道一年一聘會不會沒有保障？
而且工作地點不是在應材而是在別間公司
不知道之後有沒有機會進入應材？
另外想請問兩間公司工時大概是如何
會不會常態性加班？
請各位版友給予意見及經驗分享，謝謝大家！
