我好迷惘 - 面試

今年才剛從國軍畢業
時間稍晚 10月中
小的是國立某科大材料所畢業
大學是私校機械系畢
因為不想被綁所以當年不考慮研替的機會
但沒想到景氣的變化如此之大
目前主要應徵的職位為 機構 和 材料研發 為主
目前主動應徵已達120次
大概面試有20次了 可大多是規模較小的公司居多
拿到OFFER的有5間
薪資比較早退伍的同學或研替的同學也都差滿多的
較大規模的公司怎麼投都是石沉大海般的安靜
且目前大部分的研發職(不須經驗)也只徵研替
我現在找工作的時機真的很糟糕嗎
請問各位科技業的前輩們
該繼續找嗎?還是要等到年後再找呢?
材料不專機構不精 公司真的有耐心讓小的練功嗎?
真的好迷惘...
