薪資 N N-10K
年薪 N*14+分紅 N*(14+2)+分紅
調薪 每年 ?
出差 不用 要
加班 19:00前可走 責任制？
補充：原公司近二年無分紅，但都有調薪（這二年加起來多了快10K）
台達2+分紅也是看積效（14+2都拿到才相當於目前的年薪）。
覺得目前工作無前景且發展受限才想換。
大家覺得要換嗎？我給的建議是以家庭為重，不換。
P.S. 非新人，工作年資超過十年。
