交通部的電子收費系統
（ＥＴＣ）要測試時，承辦人為了趕時效，拿著公文自己跑，讓隔日的測試能
順利進行，結果，因此被檢察官起訴。檢察官的理由與邏輯是：「你那麼認真
的特地幫廠商跑公文，一定拿了好處嘛，否則，哪有這樣的公務員？」嗯，這
是我聽過遭遇最倒楣、最可憐的公務員。

怎麼辦
最近因為已經年底了
我想讓廠商能在農曆年前 拿到款項 畢竟人都希望有錢好過年
就盡快辦 跑公文 程序
我這樣做 會不會讓人 懷疑我收廠商好處阿???
還是做事情就抱著 不要拖 也不要快 正常速度就好阿???????????
