謝各位意見
其實我說的「升遷」只是簡單說而已
包含要求不同任務機會及特定技能訓練機會也包含升職等
不是單純「升主管」而已
因為有些任務團隊的職等或薪資天花板比較高
而目前我已經快到我team的天花板了
要追求應該是朝這種,不過要先想想方式而已
不想輕舉妄動
對了 我在外商的台灣team…(台骨吧…)
