捐6千台平板 王雪紅低調

蘋果打贏三星專利戰，引起全球手機業者注目，昨天國內品牌手機大廠宏達電，不願表示
任何意見與看法。適巧，昨天宏達電董事長王雪紅舉行首批六千台宏達電平板電腦捐贈給
北市六所高中學校儀式，但卻不對外公開，她保持低調，不願受訪。
為搶奪手機市場，蘋果與其他手機廠專利戰不斷。除了三星外，宏達電去年十二月已吃盡
苦頭，美國國際貿易委員會(ＩＴＣ)終判宏達電部分侵害蘋果的一項專利，今年五月宏達
電ＯＮＥ系列手機銷美，一度遭美海關專利迴避審查程序拉長，影響銷售。蘋果去年七月
二告宏達電，初判結果預定今年十一月七日出爐。
