目前暫代業務幫人寫標案就很不開心
其實這份標案我十月底就擬完陳出去
但就是科長想搞創新加制度
並不是創新不好 ，只是也要看合不合法？合不合理？
每次被秘書室會計室要求要改過
都只被冷丟一句：有意見就寫上去，專委都說可以這樣寫了
結果最後就是一個月來都在浪費時間
最後拿掉不合的制度
卻又被要求面報長官……又浪費三天上網時間囧
重點是這採購案從98年就有了
形式也大同小異
唉……這勞務採購案1/1不能順利運作還得怪在我身上
真是很崩潰＞ ＜”
