大家好
目前在MTK 部門 職等e7
日前面試RTK WIFI部門
有談到職等7 (資深工程師),以及前幾年的保障年薪(約比M多快25%,底薪多一點)都
digital designer。
小弟年資目前在M約2.5年,覺得M主管和部門風氣都是不錯的。
目前難以抉擇的點:
1. 未來WIFI發展,目前知道以台廠來說產品力是M>R, 會不會跳過去幾年R的WIFI就不行
了呢?或是導致之後被M打爆分紅年年打折之類的。
2. M這點的原因覺得老闆很不紅,常常開會被處長盯一下,要resource沒resource,常常
DE甚兼DV。
3. 在M分的partition太小,覺得在R大局觀可能會比較夠。
4. R的加班費不像M那麼好報,需要滿3小且須事先申請,才能報。覺得加班費拿來挺補的
,拿來繳稅剛剛好XD。
目前1和2是約佔78%。
也許有前輩可以知道或分析應該繼續留著或是跳走比較好?
