新OPT規定: F1可以合法開公司營利嗎？( … - 美國

想請問一下
如果是非投資移民的申請-就單純的想拿個工作簽證..
也就是自己拿本錢,或者跟美國人合夥開店,開公司
有人是否有類似的經驗？
我想一次有辦法拿不到10萬美金出來投資的人很多
但是在美國,是否有相關的限制呢？
不知道那裏可以訊問相關的資訊呢？
