新手 Forwarder的請教 - 國貿工作討論

各位Forwarder的先進,前輩們,您們好
有鑒於上一次的經驗,我想請教一下各位不敢在公司請教的問題,
首先,我知道我們公司的強項是在日本線,我這四個月也一直在跑日本線
但是最常碰到的問題是客戶都說日本人那邊不太願意換,或著是價錢太高之類等等的
但是我遇到一位很好的客戶,他有將同行的報價單拿給我看,我發現我司的價格真的
是比較低的,但是不知道為什麼這麼難去爭取到這些客戶。
主管跟我說日本線本來就要花很多時間,但是也沒說要花多少時間,不過時間其實不是
重點,重點是我不太清楚客戶們到底在考量什麼東西,船期?穩不穩?會不會突然沒有
Space之類的嗎??
我也有向客戶Show船期,以及將我司日本進口的一些大客戶跟他們說明我司在日本進口的
努力。是不是光這樣還不夠,真的要等到配合的出了非常大的問題,我才有機會呢??
